Resolute Home manages the customer relationship and communication. Your primary responsibility is to complete the assigned installation correctly, safely and professionally.

🔧 What You’ll Do
•⁠ ⁠Complete residential HVAC installations assigned by Resolute Home
•⁠ ⁠Install air conditioners and heat pumps
•⁠ ⁠Install water heaters
•⁠ ⁠Install humidifiers
•⁠ ⁠Install water softeners and RO systems
•⁠ ⁠Install and connect thermostats and low-voltage controls
•⁠ ⁠Complete required low-voltage wiring and connections
•⁠ ⁠Follow installation specifications, applicable codes and safety requirements
•⁠ ⁠Ensure completed installations are clean, professional and properly functioning
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized work area
•⁠ ⁠Notify Resolute Home of any issues, changes or additional requirements identified during the installation
•⁠ ⁠Submit a completed job report and required installation details after each job

👨‍🔧 What We’re Looking For
•⁠ ⁠Experienced HVAC Installation Technician
•⁠ ⁠Ability to independently complete residential HVAC installations
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures and best practices
•⁠ ⁠Reliable, responsible and committed to quality workmanship
•⁠ ⁠Able to complete assigned jobs efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe
•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail
•⁠ ⁠Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence
•⁠ ⁠Willingness to work throughout Calgary and surrounding areas
•⁠ ⁠Own WCB account and appropriate insurance coverage and documentation, where applicable to the subcontracting arrangement

💰 Compensation
Per-job compensation, paid biweekly.
Compensation is based on the type, scope and complexity of each installation, as well as the technician’s experience and qualifications.
